To my non-Swedish readers

A RAVELRY FRIEND of mine wrote me a comment about being disappointed that I don't translate my Swedish text anymore. She's right, I've been lazy.

One of the reasons are that I can see that the statistics of foregin visitors are quite low and that the only foregin reader that use to comment on my blog posts are using Google Translate. (Thanks Nynke.)

Because of my friends comment, I've translated the Swedish texts that I've been writing the last couple of weeks. I will try to keep on making the translations, but please, leave a comment every now and then. It's always fun to know that someone's reading your posts.

  1. Grr... Jag hade precis skrivit en kommentar, men så fungerade det inte att posta den... *Suck*
Well... Tack för hjälpen! Jag är glad att jag bara betalade 50:- för spinnrocken!
Imorgon åker jag till Landskrona och tittar på den du länkade till. Hoppas den är OK, och har alla delar. Men bilden ser ju lovande ut i alla fall...

  2. I am reading your posts. Fast jag är ju svensk. OCH jävligt dålig på att kommentera;) Det ska bli kul att träffas IRL! Då skulle det, (förutom fibertalk),vara roligt att höra lite om hur livet är till sjöss. Min dotter har just börjat på Sjöfartsgymnasiet och har hela banan till kommadobryggan klar för sig:) Själv tycker jag att det verkar lite farligt. Men coolt:)

  3. I'm also here, reading. I am Swedish, but I'm not. And, I do prefer to read English, even though I do understand most Swedish. It's all very complicated, you know.

  4. HALLELUJAH!!! Thank you thank you thank you and although I don't leave many comments (actually the whiney one about the lack of translation was my first), be rest assured that I do enjoy reading your varied adventures!

    Best as always,
    Chi

  5. Dabelin: Såg att du kommit hem med den nu. Hoppas den fungerar!

upprepat: Tack för fotspåret! Kommer du till Grötö? För då kan vi ju spinna i kapp? :)

sandykind57: Nice to hear from you again! Of course I know what you mean. All those strange dotty vocals and sch- and tj-sounds. Or, is it just you being lazy? :D Hope to meet you soon again!

Chi: You're that kind of person that slap someones arse and they start to move, aren't you. ;) I hope this means that you're about to leave traces more often from now on, huh?

  6. So glad you're back to doing the translations! I thought I would lose track of you without the English. Your handspun socks are very nice.
